5. Payments and Service Agreements

Fees for our services are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in those agreements. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by CrownX Digital during the course of service remains the property of CrownX Digital until full payment is received, at which point ownership rights are transferred as defined in the specific service contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

CrownX Digital and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve interacting with third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, shadow-banning, or feature removals.
